We remapped the MI16 engine in this 309 GTI, power was up to 180bhp which makes for a seriously fun track weapon!
Our client JM had to have his Chevrolet Corvette Z06 recovered in after slave cylinder failure, also had replacement clutch fitted and some electrical diagnostics.
This Vauxhall Corsa came in for a tune-up and some dyno power runs. It made 80bhp which is more than enough for the lad that races it as he is only 8 years old!
We remapped this Vauxhall Astra for our client Mark. This track car was built mostly by his father and finished off by Mark. Now they can go and enjoy some track day fun with the 200bhp the car now produces!
This Golf GTI came to us as the power wasn’t right even after modifications performed by another garage including exhaust and remap. So we initially diagnosed and fixed a fault with the turbo wastegate, then ran the car up on the dyno to see what power was being produced, unfortunately now the car was making the true boost pressure it presented another weakness – the remap that had been put on the ECU wasn’t right and was causing the engine to hold back on full throttle
We put a new map on the ECU and now she runs beautifully and our client is very happy
This beautiful beast has now been 4 Wheel Laser Aligned and returned to our happy client
We had this Audi A4 3.0tdi in for an ECU remap. The power and torque produced is very reliable and makes the car much more enjoyable to drive.
Before: 257bhp / 383.8lb/ft
After: 290.9bhp / 413.7lb/ft
We changed a fuel pump cam follower on this Audi A3 2.0TFSI.
“It is a very cheap part and isn’t a great deal of labour to change but in the long run can save you a hell of a lot of money! We have seen them completely wear through (you can see this one is starting to wear) and kill cams! Which is expensive and costs much more in time. Not many people know about changing this little follower.”
Dyno performance runs on a Ford Sierra XR 4×4. With a few recommended tweaks this car will be pushing 250bhp

This race-prepared Caterham was remapped today on our dyno, a day before it’s first race!
It made just over 300bhp – naturally aspirated!
This very iconic Honda was in today for remapping by Romain. With supporting mods the car made 205bhp!
This BMW M6 was in for uprated anti-roll bars and bushes, 10 new injectors (which was a good idea as we near enough had them out anyway), stripped down the throttle motors and replaced the internal gears with stronger components, we also fitted new air filters and a new set of power pulleys
This lovely VW Camper is a throw back to the good ol’ days, but it has got a newer Subaru Boxer 4pot engine!

We fitted a KW coilover kit and Stoptech big brake kit to this beautiful e90 M3
We had this lovely Mitsubishi Evo 6 come in, the ower was complaining about a vibration at around 4000rpm which shaked the whole car
We diagnosed the problem being the shaft bearings beginning to fail. So we installed a shaft delete kit. There is a slight shake still present but this is to be expected when you remove the balance shaft, the vibration is far less than what the failed bearings were causing.
Also there was no oil pressure loss
We fitted a HKS decat-back exhaust while the car was with us which you can see in the picures below
