This EVO 10 was brought into us with engine damage, we diagnosed a number of faliures with the engine including a spun big end bearing, damaged rod and crank case damage.
We spoke to our client about what options they had and they decided to upgrade a number of components allowing for a safe increase in power with more reliability.
We supplied and fitted Marley pistons, Manley rods, ARP head stud kit, crank case stud kit and conrod bolts, ACL race bearings, a Commetic head gasket, Garrett Turbo-charger, equal-length header, downpipe, we renewed the timing chain and guides, skimmed the head, intake and exhaust valves cut and seated, new oil cooler and oil pump, Walbro fuel pump, injectors upgrade. To increase gearbox reliability for more power we have also up
Next up is to run in the engine over 500 miles minimum before dynoing and mapping the car.
This Honda Accord Type-S K24 underwent some power upgrades with us. We fitted a supercharger, matched with bigger injectors, our own custom 3.5inch intake, K Tuner ECI and a quality map by Romain on our Dyno.
She made a healthy 329bhp! Check out the gallery and video below
For this Audi TTS we fitted a decat pipe and carried out a stage 2 ECU remap.
The unlocked BHP and torque is very impressive as you can see with the dyno graph below.
Some of you may remember this R34 GTR, we had it in for a coolant leak, which unfortunately turned out to be a cracked block.
So a second hand N1 24u rb26 block was purchased.
We reused most of the Nitto 2.7 kit, the pistons were replaced, the crank had a very minor polish. When we came to reassemble the bottom end, we measured the crank to bearing gaps using plastigauge (can be seen in the pictures) and ring gaps were measured and adjusted If tolerances were to small. Now all the tolerances and gaps are perfect we proceeded to built the engine up using only the best components for reliability when this GTR is tearing up the track!
Once the engine was fitted, we run it in properly with religious engine oil changes, with the correct oil.
Now for mapping. And who better than Romain at Syvecs. He did a brilliant job with this car maximising engine performance and reliability. The car made just under 600 bhp after the engine was mapped, due to the turbos underperforming, so this is to be continued! With new turbos, this car will make 600bhp+!

We get to remap a lot of modern diesel engines and enjoy seeing the owner enjoy their vehicle’s new found personality. Tthis BMW is no exception, the 530d is what we would call a performance diesel car anyway, but with the ability to increase power and torque the car can become a real sports saloon.
This 530d started with 246.9bhp & 386lb/ft. After our ecu remap was carried out the engine now produces 330.3bhp & 430.7lb/ft.
Incredibly the torque delivery is extended across the rev range as seen in the graph below, it would normally drop off after 3000rpm but now pulls to 4000rpm.
We remapped this little Ginetta, you can see in the graph below the original bhp and torque coloured blue.
The Ginetta is now back as it should be ultra responsive!
We fitted an Evo9 turbo to this Evo6, fitted uprated fuel injectors and remapped the ECU
This extremely rare Audi S2 produces just under 630bhp which is also pretty rare!
We remapped the stand-alone ecu in this Honda Powered Peugoet 106.
The car made 375bhp with the current setup but will be aiming for 430-450bhp with meth injection system working 100%

We remapped the MI16 engine in this 309 GTI, power was up to 180bhp which makes for a seriously fun track weapon!
This Golf GTI came to us as the power wasn’t right even after modifications performed by another garage including exhaust and remap. So we initially diagnosed and fixed a fault with the turbo wastegate, then ran the car up on the dyno to see what power was being produced, unfortunately now the car was making the true boost pressure it presented another weakness – the remap that had been put on the ECU wasn’t right and was causing the engine to hold back on full throttle
We put a new map on the ECU and now she runs beautifully and our client is very happy
We had this Audi A4 3.0tdi in for an ECU remap. The power and torque produced is very reliable and makes the car much more enjoyable to drive.
Before: 257bhp / 383.8lb/ft
After: 290.9bhp / 413.7lb/ft

It made just over 300bhp – naturally aspirated!
This very iconic Honda was in today for remapping by Romain. With supporting mods the car made 205bhp!
Today our client brought in their Caterham Super 7 for a live remapping session.
This particular Super 7 has a 2.3L Cosworth engine with a paddle shift gearbox! The perfect fast road and track day weapon!

This Honda Integra DC5 was remapped today and made a very solid 290bhp at a peak boost pressure of 6psi
Here we have a 2005 Subaru Legacy 3.0r Spec B, this car had a custom exhaust and intake fitted this year and our customer wanted to maximise his investment in these by remapping the ECU.
Normally, power gains on naturally aspirated cars from remaps alone is 10% but with the breathing mods in place the result was in fact closer to 20%.
Maximum power now 288bhp with torque sitting at a healthy 251 Ibft
