Our client brought in this fabulous little Hyundai i30n, these really are great hot hatches, they drive and look great.
As with all turbo cars there is some un-tapped potential under the bonnet. We installed a ‘TDI Tuning’ tuning box.
The result was an additional 30bhp and 40lbft of torque.
This Audi TTS had a RacingLine Performance induction kit fitted and was tuned on our rolling road with great gains.
315bhp increased to 379bhp
282lbft increased to 387lbft
We had this supercharged Dodge Challenger visit us recently for a power run on the dyno. It made 580bhp and 524lbft which are really big numbers thanks to the massive supercharger strapped to the engine!
This has been a lovely project for us to undertake, we started with a standard Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG and our client wanted us to develop a reliable performance package for fast-road use.
The car features a re-worked turbo by AET Motorsport, the exhaust is a full turbo-back un-valved system by Milltek Sport, a water/meth injection system by AEM Performance Electronics, an Intake system by Mishimoto Automotive and ECU calibration on our 4wd dyno by Simon from Bevo Tuning.
Power is just under 500bhp @ 495bhp and torque is 430lbft

This Honda Civic Type-R FD2 was in for some servicing works and an ECU tune.
Our mapper Romain managed to squeeze more torque lower down in the rev range and hold this consistently, between 15-20lbft additional in most parts.
This Subaru Impreza STI Wagon was brought in for a health check, full service and dyno testing to ensure fueling is correct on boost.
380bhp on full boost and even popping some flames out the rear! See the video below.
This Audi RS4 was previously brought to us for carbon bead blasting of the inlet ports, which were full of carbon deposits. The owner decided he wanted to fully unleash the power available from this wonderful V8 engine. Run1 (before ecu remap) 385bhp / 304 lbft Run 2 (after ecu remap) 431bhp / 317lbft
This Renault Megane RS has had a service and a previous ecu remap by another company, she was brought to us to have the ecu map downloaded and cleaned up. The graph shows a cleaner BHP curve and a stronger and cleaner torque curve. Before ECU cleanup – 263bhp / 267lbft After ECU cleanup & fresh remap – 272bhp / 295lbft

For this Impreza WRX STI we carried out a FREE healthcheck, dyno power runs and 4 wheel alignment.
Our client Lennie leaves very happy and we even discussed future engine work…
Dyno performance runs on a Ford Sierra XR 4×4. With a few recommended tweaks this car will be pushing 250bhp

Today we tested a Renault Clio 197 on our Dyno. The owner was unsure of the modifications made to his car but we can see it has an upgraded manifold, other exhaust modifications and also upgraded cams which is a nice characteristic to have.
It made good power and the owner was happy.
