Not too many garages are prepared to rebuild the VANOS on an M3 or tackle an SMG pump. Perfect touch have done both and when there’s been the odd teething problem there’s been none of the “they all do that, Sir” bull. Problem solved!

I’m not normally a person who writes reviews however I have say that the service from Jo picking up the phone and taking my initial enquiry to me picking up my car at the end of day was absolutely first class. This was my first visit to this garage so to be honest I was a little nervous however the no pressure approach made me feel very much at ease. They were very communicative whether by phone or email and displayed a deep knowledge and passion for what they do. As an ex-engineer myself simple things like presenting a clean car after completing a repair shows pride in what you do and therefore counts for a lot. Appreciate the job you guys did for me and the advise going forward, so a big thank you and I’m happy to recommend to my friends and family.

Work carried out – Engine oil and filter service, brake fluid service, software update, front and rear brake discs and pads.
The name says it all really, Perfect touch.
I usually go to BMW to get my motor taken care of, but my last few visits have not been so good, and have left me with a feeling of time to ditch BMW. And was also a bit sceptical about taking it to another garage as I wanted that BMW history. I’ve now lost that feeling also lol.
After highly recommended reviews from friends and from reading Google reviews, I decided I would come to Perfect Touch Performance. Which turned out to be a great decision.
Super friendly and great customer service, which for me is a key feature nowadays. And with Jo and Claudio that’s exactly what I’d experienced, so thank you guys. Not only was the service great my car was also looked after and returned the way I’d given it. Claudio is also very knowledgeable and can give you some good advice for almost any work you’d like to carry out on your car. I highly recommend bringing your cars here. You will not be disappointed.
