Thanks to Perfect Touch for remedying my E class coupe sport which had a misaligned steering wheel and tracking problems. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, who promptly arranged for two young technicians to begin the work. At first I thought that they were a bit young, but on speaking with them and watching them start the realignment, I realised these were two guys who new what they were doing. Job was complete in about an hour, the car was taken out for a test drive twice by one of the technicians to ensure the steering wheel was Square, and off I drove. The car is driving fantastic two weeks on, with no pulling to the near side, something that could not be achieved by two other sites.
Will come back if I ever need something done. Cost was excellent in view of the professional way the work was carried out.
Finally, As an engineer my self, who worked for a huge company, it was refreshing to see Perfect Touch employing young trainees, who you could see enjoyed their work. (I believe they were apprentices)
