Took the car in for a rumbling/vibrating noise/sensation towards the rear of the vehicle, and dealt with Claudio Di Maggie. Claudio was great to work with. He took the car out for a test drive to see if he could pinpoint the fault, put the car on the 4 poster and had a detailed analysis underneath, listening to any noises. After this initial health check, he recommended that the wheels are rebalanced with the wheel spacers to ensure that they are 100% in sync together. The technician who carried out the balancing did so brilliantly and made some slight adjustments to one of rear wheels – this has cured some of the rumbling/vibrating sensation. Claudio even sat in the back of the car as I drive it afterwards to see if he could further pinpoint where the sound/sensation was coming from. There were other bits that Claudio picked up on, so the car is booked in for those. Overall, the service I received was fantastic, with my car being taken care of, and myself being treated like a human being – not the ‘ummmming’, ‘ahhhhing’ or the ‘how long is a piece of string?’ regarding any potential repair work!
