My CL500 Mercedes had what appeared as numerous spurious fault messages on the dashboard. This was a difficult problem as the messages disappeared and returned on a random basis. I took the car to Perfect Touch and met Gabs who was most helpful and I thought I would just drop off the car. Instead I waited a while and was taken to their workshop which was very well appointed and equipped and spotless.Gabs and his colleague took me through the possibilities and suggested how we proceed. The upshot was they found the fault / faults and I have my car back and no problems. Gabs kept in touch with frequent updates and I am very happy with the outcome. I’m not normally a person who writes reviews however I have say that the service from Jo picking up the phone and taking my initial enquiry to me picking up my car at the end of day was absolutely first class. This was my first visit to this garage so to be honest I was a little nervous however the no pressure approach made me feel very much at ease. They were very communicative whether by phone or email and displayed a deep knowledge and passion for what they do. As an ex-engineer myself simple things like presenting a clean car after completing a repair shows pride in what you do and therefore counts for a lot.
