4 Wheel Alignment in London & Hertfordshire

4 Wheel Alignment in London and Hertfordshire

Correct wheel alignment saves you money on tyres and fuel, and makes your car safer and nicer to drive. At Perfect Touch we carry out precision four-wheel laser alignment on our Beissbarth equipment, which is approved by Audi, VW and Porsche and accurate on wheels up to 24 inches.

Whether your car is pulling to one side, wearing its tyres unevenly, or you have just had suspension work or lowered it, we measure the geometry, compare it to the manufacturer’s specification and set it right, on all makes and models.

Signs your wheel alignment is out

Excessive & uneven tyre wear

Off-centre steering wheel

Steering vibration at speed

Car pulls to one side

Instability under braking

Higher fuel consumption

Poor handling

After kerb or pothole damage

What we check and adjust

Our four-wheel laser alignment measures and corrects camber, toe (tracking), caster and thrust angle against the manufacturer’s specification, with the results printed out for your records. The Beissbarth aligner also helps us identify the worn steering and suspension parts that throw the geometry out in the first place.

Alignment matters most after kerb or pothole damage, new tyres, suspension work or lowering. It pairs naturally with our servicing and tyre work, our rolling road setup, and diagnostics where there is an underlying fault.

4 wheel alignment FAQs

It depends on your car and whether any adjustment or parts are needed once we measure it. We check the geometry, show you the readings against the manufacturer’s specification, and give you a clear price before any work.
The common signs are uneven or rapid tyre wear, the car pulling to one side, an off-centre steering wheel, vibration at speed and generally vague handling. If you notice any of these, it is worth getting checked.
Tracking usually adjusts only the front toe. Full four-wheel alignment measures and adjusts all four wheels, including camber, toe, caster and thrust angle, for far greater accuracy, which matters on modern and performance cars.
A measurement and standard adjustment typically takes around an hour. It can take longer if worn suspension parts need replacing first, which we would discuss with you before going ahead.
Yes. Our Beissbarth aligner handles lowered and modified cars and wheels up to 24 inches, and we can set up geometry and corner-weighting for road or track use.
Our workshop is on Sewardstone Road, serving drivers across London, Hertfordshire and Essex. We also offer a free vehicle healthcheck.
