Ferrari Servicing & Repair Specialists in Hertfordshire & London

Ferrari needs no introduction. It is the pinnacle of the sports car and supercar world, a name with a deep history in motor racing and on the road. Caring for cars like these is a way of life for us, and every Ferrari that comes through the workshop still gets us a little excited.

From the 360 and F430 to the 458, 488 and the front-engined V12 grand tourers, our experienced team treats your Ferrari with the devotion it deserves, typically for around half the price of a main dealer or franchised specialist and without affecting your warranty.

Servicing, diagnostics and repair for your Ferrari

We look after Ferrari road cars with servicing & repair, auto electrical diagnostics, 4-wheel alignment, rolling road and TerraClean. We follow Ferrari service schedules and use OE or OE-equivalent parts, so your warranty stays intact and your car keeps performing exactly as Maranello intended. Our in-house Dastek rolling road lets us check power and torque safely and accurately as part of a thorough health assessment.

Ferrari models and the work we know inside out

Ferraris reward proper, knowledgeable care, and a great deal of money can be saved by using a specialist independent rather than a main dealer for routine and known maintenance. Here is some of what we see day to day, and how we keep these cars healthy.

F1 & dual-clutch transmissions – clutch, actuator and pump

The automated single-clutch F1 gearbox fitted to cars such as the 360, F430 and 599 is superb when maintained, but the clutch is a wear item and the hydraulics need attention. We carry out clutch wear measurement (clutch reads) so you know exactly how much life is left, and we diagnose and replace the F1 actuator and the hydraulic pump, a known weak point on early F430s where the same pump serves both the gearbox and the E-diff. We also set up the system correctly afterwards so shifts are clean and the clutch is protected. On the later dual-clutch cars we service the unit to schedule and resolve shift faults.

Cam variators & exhaust manifolds – F430

The F430 is well known for two related top-end issues. The exhaust variator can rattle and fail, and the thin stainless exhaust manifolds crack around the welds, which is noisy and can let pre-cat debris into the engine if ignored. The 360 can suffer cracked manifolds too, though less often. We diagnose variator and manifold noise properly, replace cracked manifolds with quality parts, and catch these faults before they become expensive.

Belt & major servicing – 355, 360 and later

Older V8 Ferraris are belt-driven and need the cam belts replaced on time, typically every three to five years regardless of mileage. On the F355 this is an engine-out job, while the 360’s belts can be reached through service panels with the engine in place. Later cars such as the 458 and 488 are chain-driven, so the major service focuses on fluids, plugs and a thorough inspection. Whichever you own, we carry out the belt and major service correctly and document it for your history file, for a sensible cost compared with a main dealer.

E-diff, brakes & geometry

The electronic differential is central to how a modern Ferrari drives, so we service the E-diff, check its actuator and keep the fluid fresh. Alongside this we look after the braking system, fit discs, pads and fluid as needed, and use our alignment equipment for accurate geometry and corner-weighting, so the car stops, turns and tracks as it should on road or track.

Electrical & interior trim

We provide specialist auto electrical diagnostics for the whole range, from warning lights and sensor faults to service resets and module checks. We also deal with the sticky, melting soft-touch interior trim that affects cars such as the 360, F430 and California, where the original coating degrades and becomes tacky, restoring the cabin so it looks and feels as it should.
