I am one extremely happy customer. Barry, Jo and the engineers that worked on my car have my thanks. I was quoted £1500 for work from my local BMW main dealer in Bishop’s Stortford for work but found Perfect touch performance and I’m so glad I did. Not only did they loan me a courtesy car which enabled me to carry out my work, they sorted all my car problems and my bill was £561. I would not hesitate to recommend. Google
I booked my Smart Roadster Brabus here for a Major Service and Mot. My car needed a lot of work due to it being a garage queen most of its life. Perfect Touch made sure my car was in good working order. I would highly recommend these guys. I will be returning. Google
After a very frustrating experience with road assistance these guys really did above and beyond to resolve our problems efficiently and quickly. Google

Just got a Bilstein B12 Pro kit put on my humble little Golf mk6, absolutely transformed the car! Looks lovely and drives like new. Another great job from Barry, Jo and the crew. I’ll be back ASAP for a brake upgrade! Google
These guys are the best. Always able to turn around a car quickly and at a reasonable cost. I 100% trust them – did a great tune on my VW scirocco. Recommended them to all my friends for servicing and tuning. Google
Great service from everyone at Perfect Touch and they’ve turned my car into something really special. It drives so much better and the performance is phenomenal – they all went above and beyond to repair “The Beast” after I blew it up! Thanks again to the whole team for everything and I’d highly recommend them as a Company that does everything really well and who gives the best advice rather than just trying to empty your wallet – I can only say good things about them and the service I received – 10 out of 10 and they’ve definitely earned my loyalty and respect for their knowledge and honesty.
