Firstly, can I start off by saying this was the first garage that recognised my rare 2009 Lancer Ralliart. After Oil cooler issues they custom-built an oil cooler and they have serviced it ever since. Sincere, reliable and friendly service. Outstanding facilities and your vehicle is safe. Short Version: I can unreservedly recommend Perfect Touch. The whole team are a real pleasure to deal with. Key words describing my experiences are, Professional; Passionate; Competitive rates plus utmost Integrity.
Longer version: On a friend’s recommendation, I entrusted my beloved Series 1 E-Type roadster (owned for over 30 years) to sort out a number of issues – including poor idling; starting; poor running and a loss of oil. This followed on from a very bad previous experience from a ‘so called’ Jaguar / Land Rover Specialist in the Epping area who recently had my car for over a year and charged over £20k but where the engine rebuild all went horribly wrong. Perfect Touch provided me with unbiased advice around options and additional areas to perhaps consider improvements. Emphasis on both safety and performance. Zero pressure to undertake any work (as clearly they already had a healthy order book).
They performed an engine head rebuild; rebore pistons; full Carburettor overhaul; also installed an improved Cooling system; fitted new exhaust plus other work. The upshot is that my car has never performed or sounded so beautiful. For the first time, I am confident about reaching my destination (not having to complete the journey on the back of a trailer!). Any minor snags were quickly rectified and at no extra cost. Gabs and Claudio applied their considerable experience and passion to provide a fantastic job at a competitive rate. The service / Office team of Barry and Jo are a real pleasure to deal with.
Consider I am very fortunate to have PT so close to home – but would have driven across the country to utilise their service. Now having all family cars looked after by them.
