What a very pleasant experience. I booked my car in for a TERRACLEAN, but when Claudio had investigated the problem he suggested a better course of action.
My car had been using too much fuel and after a 2 hour diagnostic check, Perfect Touch discovered a problem with an air temperature sensor. What was even better was a new part was not required, just a cable repair.
So nice to be given the confidence that the staff will do their very best to resolve a problem very efficiently.
Now my car runs smoothly and fuel consumption has risen from 330miles per tank to around 400 miles per tank. Thank you so much

Took the car in for a rumbling/vibrating noise/sensation towards the rear of the vehicle, and dealt with Claudio Di Maggie. Claudio was great to work with. He took the car out for a test drive to see if he could pinpoint the fault, put the car on the 4 poster and had a detailed analysis underneath, listening to any noises. After this initial health check, he recommended that the wheels are rebalanced with the wheel spacers to ensure that they are 100% in sync together. The technician who carried out the balancing did so brilliantly and made some slight adjustments to one of rear wheels – this has cured some of the rumbling/vibrating sensation. Claudio even sat in the back of the car as I drive it afterwards to see if he could further pinpoint where the sound/sensation was coming from. There were other bits that Claudio picked up on, so the car is booked in for those. Overall, the service I received was fantastic, with my car being taken care of, and myself being treated like a human being – not the ‘ummmming’, ‘ahhhhing’ or the ‘how long is a piece of string?’ regarding any potential repair work!

perfect touch is one of the best garage i have taken my car to get fixed and also one of the cleanest that i have visited. those guys are cool and very help full. i have been searching for a garage to have the vanos fixed on my car and they did a very good job as my car runs much better.thank u Dan. so any one having problem with their car, van etc please visit Perfect Touch and they will get it sorted out. thank you guys. The second time we’ve taken a car to Perfect Touch and the same high level of service. The car now feels and sounds superb – worth every penny.

I’m writing this feedback a month after my XFR was repaired by the Perfect Touch Performance (PTP) team.

The car’s Engine Management light came on and I asked PTP for help. They diagnosed the fault efficiently and repaired correctly and cheaply the first time. I’ve had no further problems with this issue

I then asked the team to undertake some additional maintenance which included brakes (disc & pads), suspension arm, G/Box service, new tires and tracking, this again was all completed to a high standard and has proved to be 100% reliable.

As a car enthusiast (and an old engine fitter) I find the team to be extremely knowledgeable, motivated and approachable and impressively you’re are able to talk to the mechanics/ technicians as they work on your car so you know exactly what’s going on. Additionally, whilst waiting you will get to meet some great car enthusiast/ owners, in the short time I was there I chatted to owners/ enthusiasts of a Nissan skyline and a couple of Aston Martins.

I live in Lincolnshire and work in London but I will be using PTP to undertake all future repairs to both my cars.

The central console on my Nissan Skyline froze and I couldn’t operate the AC, radio, heating, fans, demisters etc. Having taken the car to two other Auto Electricians they were either baffled, bewildered, clueless or couldn’t be bothered.Finally I came across Gabs and his team. Gabs analysed the problems carefully and methodically, sourced the parts needed (very difficuly as this is an import) and eventually got to the bottom of the problem and solved it!!! No fuss no hassles. Price was excellent compared to the work they put in. I very highly recomend Gabs and all the team at Perfect Touch. Many Many thanks to a very happy Skyline owner. Mike

I had a problem with my Boxster’s key fob which kept setting the alarm off. Gabs and the PT team sorted the problem out and re-programmed a new key fob at a competitive cost.
The service as always from the guys was first class, helpful and courteous. A pleasure to deal with.
