I have taken my 2011 one series BMW to the garage three times now.
The first was just after I had brought it and I wanted to make sure it had a clean bill of health.
Gabs was very helpful and emailed me with costs and options etc.
The second was for a service again the guys were helpful and recommended the different options available.
The third I had two tyres replaced, which worked out to be very good value for money and they did it in 12 hours.

I recently used Perfect Touch to overhaul the brakes on my 55 AMG and can’t recommend them highly enough. Great service and a really nice bunch of guys who put themselves out to make sure the job was completed on time as I needed the car for a road trip. I 100% recommend them and will use them again to maintain my car in the future.

Had a cambelt change and chain conversion, no other garages were willing to do the conversion, but perfect touch, accepted and done an excellent job. With great customer service and after chatting to some of the guys all very knowledgeable and seem like great people. 10/10 would reccomend and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.
Showed a lot of willingness and enthusiasm to track down a couple of niggling engine issues with my Mitsubishi, and proceeded to find the fault causing both of them.
If only more garages were this willing to get stuck into the less obvious problems.
Would definitely use again, and recommend them.
