Perfect Touch was recommended to me after spending a lot of time playing around with external remapping chips. After a long discussion with Gabs I decided to give it a go. I have now trialled pulling a caravan after the car has been remapped. I notice better fuel economy, much better throttle response and a general smoother drive.

Brought my Impreza down last week for a health check and to investigate a knocking noise. Was met by very friendly staff and the car was taken in straight away. I was recommended by a friend to give these guys a call. The telephone call to the lady at the front desk was both helpful and friendly, this was followed up by a short drive to the garage to speak to the techs on site.
Before I even had a chance to meet them the line up of vehicles being worked on was impressive. Once inside Gabs run through a quote and expressed a lot of experience, passion, care. He explained what work would be done and that only the best products would be used and work completed to the highest standard. Everything was genuine and trustworthy.
The golf R32 DSG gearbox was serviced, a full health check completed followed up by a 1-1 chat about the car and any future plans, services and MOT’s. Very highly recommend if you demand the best for your car. And still competitively priced
Took my 911 Turbo to the Perfect Touch team, with a few minor problems. They diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. The most important factor which sets them apart is their constant commentary updates, along with a very fair pricing schedule. It takes a lot to gain trust in the motor industry, and I would readily recommend their services.
I was a mechanic for 25 years so for me to use and trust someone else is difficult until I used Perfect Touch. I took my Ford Focus in for a running fault which they fixed the same day. They were very informative as to what was done and gave advise on what needed to be done with no sales pressure at all. They did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. had a diagnostic check on my mgtf and it pointed to a lambda sensor that needed replacement , also camshaft sensor was not looking great either so had both things done by these guys at perfect touch , my car has never run as well , loving it , cheers
